The Rattlesnake Club – a Bennington Historical Society Presentation

The Rattlesnake Club was made up of a group of Main Street businessmen who met daily for coffee and to talk about the happenings in Bennington. Its members were some of most the influential downtown businessmen. Membership was by invitation only. Their last meeting place was Jensen’s and a table was always reserved for them there. In this conversation, Dean Hanson and Francis “Shep” Jones, former members of the Rattlesnake Club, will share their memories.
