R&D Island Taste in the Courtyard
R&D Island Taste, a start-up home-based catering service run by local foodies, Rachel and Dwayne Hnam, will be serving delicious Jamaican cuisine from the Museum courtyard every other Friday through October 23th.
Pre-orders are welcome and may be ordered in advance via the email address on the menu below. Prepared dishes may be purchased a la carte for walk-up visitors at the Museum and may be paid for with cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Entry to the Museum is half price when you purchase lunch or dinner from R&D Island Taste.
“In Jamaica, eating out was a once in a blue moon experience,” says Rachel Hnam. “We both grew up cooking, and we take pride in sharing authentic flavors of that culture here.”
