Museum ABCs: Swinging, Swaying, Birch Trees

We’ll swing and sway to a poem by Robert Frost while enjoying paintings of trees in the show Robert Frost: At Present in Vermont.

Then we’ll take a close look at birch branches and create a watercolor birch tree landscape with tape and crayons in the schoolhouse.

The Museum ABCs program is a collaboration between Bennington Museum and the Bennington Free Library. The program is intended for children ages 3 to 5 and their adult companions and supports early literacy and a lifelong love of museums and learning. Museum ABCs is offered at no charge to participants, thanks to generous support from The Bank of Bennington.
