Film Screening: Peter and John by Jay Craven

August 23, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m – Film Screening: Peter and John by Jay Craven – Set in 1872 Nantucket, Peter and John tells the story of two brothers whose relationship strains when the younger one receives news of a strange inheritance and both brothers become attracted to the same mysterious young woman who arrives on their island. The picture is based on a novel by Guy de Maupassant. Peter and John stars Jacqueline Bisset, Christian Coulson (The Hours, Love is Stranger, Harry Potter: Chamber of Secrets), Diane Guerrero (Orange is the New Black), and Gordon Clapp (Flags of our Fathers, Emmy for NYPD Blue). Craven will be present to discuss the film and answer questions. He will also share a sneak preview of the trailer for his newest film, currently in editing.
