Accessibility to the Museum

Bennington Museum welcomes all visitors and affirms its commitment to making the collections and programs accessible to everyone. The museum is wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair is available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis at the Visitors’ Services Desk. Service animals are welcome. All restrooms have accessible stalls and an elevator provides access to the second floor galleries. Reserved wheelchair accessible parking is designated closest to the entrance.

Verbal description tours are available at no additional cost for visitors who are blind or have low vision. These tours provide an opportunity to experience the richness and diversity of the exhibitions through vivid description. Please call 802-447-1571 or write at least one month in advance of your visit to request this tour.
