Meet us in Jamaica (Vermont, that is!) at the Jamaica Historical Foundation. See the landscapes that inspired Milton Avery during his extended summers in Vermont. Drive your own vehicle to Jamaica where you will meet up with Bennington Museum curator, Jamie Franklin, who will be your guide for the day. Visit the Jamaica Historical Foundation, and stop at locations in town that will broaden your understanding of the artist’s experience. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy after your hike to Lookout Rock. Finish with an optional, on-your-own drive to nearby Rawsonville.

Reservations are required at which time additional information regarding the trip will be provided.  There is a fee of $12/person for Bennington Museum members, or $15/person for non-members. Contact [email protected] or call 802-447-1571 ext. 203.
